- Not true in all cases.

- I called usr after installing a 14.4 and not getting it to work.
- By-passed all the support options and went to tech support.
- Call was answered in under 10 min.
- Tech support gave me my answer and within minutes I had the
- modem working.

- Wish everyone could have my experience. I love my two
- (28.8vi-14.4fax).
